Karen
Experienced Chief Operations Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in Radiation Safety, Analytical Skills, Emergency Management, and Health Physics. Strong business development professional with over 13 years as a Caltech trained Project Manager and Infrastructure Liaison Officer.
Karen's Background
I was trained as a third-generation machinist in the family business and am currently the Chief Operations Officer at Ashlar Industries. I previously worked at the California Institute of Technology, lastly serving as the Chemical Engineering Department Administrator.
I have been a Toastmaster for 16 years and recently served on the Board of Directors as the 2020-2022 International Director from Region 2. I am also an active member of the Tournament of Roses, the Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts of America.
